Rebuilding Your Confidence

Picture
Rebuilding your trust is the goal we set out to achieve with this workshop.
Trust works in a circle: In that your horse will only trust you as much as you trust your horse. This in turn is reflected in how much you trust yourself.
The trusting of ourselves gives us the ability to act in any given  moment, knowing and trusting that we can handle the situation.

Unfortunately, after we have had a confidence breaking experience we tend to adapt our coping mechanisms based on that experience and then bring that along with us and apply to all situations that fit that experience. This is the secure and familiar path, unfortunately the outcomes tend to be the same as before.

This workshop focuses on identifying and understanding your patterns and unraveling the underlying cause. Through  processing you can change those patterns to bring the possibility of another outcome.

This one day workshop is held at North River several times a year between 1st October and 31st May.
Bring your own horse or use one of ours.

Cost: See Pricing Philosophy
1 day workshop- 6-10 participants.
